The Association of Independent Professionals and the Self-Employed (IPSE) reports that one in ten highly skilled freelancers are out of work due to IR35 tax legislation reforms. IPSE’s survey of over 1300 contractors revealed that 21% are currently not working, with half attributing this to IR35.
